30 done and dusted. Today was a little more difficult than yesterday not even gonna lie. However I still did it and I also did about 20min of stretching before hand. I am gonna clean my house after some food so that will prob count as well!

20 minutes here on the bike while watching a TV show on the computer. 20 minutes is supposed to be a time limit to hit for cardio.

The fan is a big aid when it gets warmer.

Then about 15 minutes of swinging these things around.

Three section staff, about 6 foot when laid out full length and weighs about 3 pounds so it can be a workout. A common weapon in various Kung Fu martial arts and Tai Chi, I practice Tai Chi and am the proverbial old fart doing the slow ballet like movement that you often on TV and in movies. Great low impact exercise that is actually pretty fun. Surprising for it to look like a dance they teach and use very dangerous weapons like the staff and swords. Been doing it for many years. An example video, not me, of what they look like when really using them.

Great way to beat the hell out of yourself or destroy a room if you are not careful with them.

i didn't actually get a notification for the tag, so am late to the party.... Has been very hard to motivate myself recently (have been doing some exercise) so hopefully seeing everybody else in here working hard, will inspire me to work hard too. *grouphug2
