I've been trying on white trainers but none seem to look good on me
I always choose chunky looking trainers so they look bigger than my fat ankles ;)
I so hear you with the weight. My weight at the moment seems to be 2lbs off, 3lbs back on... I can't seem to stick to it for more than a week. I could kick myself.

I've been trying not to shop, but Banana Republic was having a massive sale, and I wanted some wrap blouses to go with a new pair of boots I bought (they are kind of a candy brown color). I need a good pair of blacked ripped jeans, but this is a good start! I only got the necklace because it was super cheap and got me into the free shipping zone. So, basically my necklace cost as much as the shipping would have, only now I have something to show for it. I'm looking forward to getting these.

Love the boots too @Aurelia! The tee shirts are very much my youngest son's style - well almost whole wardrobe!

I saw a kpop star wearing this tee shirt in a video below and thought oh that's something my son would wear and then saw what it said. OMG, I really don't know what I feel about this. God knows what Chanel are charging for it!

This weeks shopping! A pair of dark cream jeans because I mainly have white or navy and this will give me more colour options on top. They go with a coral colour jumper I have and haven't worn in a while. The navy tee shirt looks lovely on. Looks good with that white denim jacket I bought recently. I've bought some a couple of nice sweatshirts too - I'm into sweatshirts and being soft and cozy this year! The hot weather doesn't stay too long here.

I got this dress just for hanging around the house. It's a teeshirt material and nice and loose. It's got pockets too *woohoo. Does anyone else just buy stuff to wear indoors? I get covered in cat hairs or oil paint and in the summer I wear baggy, so old they are nearly see through shorts so I thought this would be ideal when it's hot.

My eldest bought me this bracelet for my birthday, I was just delighted! My family never give cards or presents (mostly because husband has been so mean and miserable over the years we all just skip over them). They do lovely stuff on this website and I've got a couple of different designs. The bracelets are stretchy and look even nicer in real life. The elastic does go after a few years that's the only problem.

That's a really cute dress. I have some house clothes.....a couple of spagetti strapped light cotton short dresses and an I don't know how to describe well spaghetti strapped one piece scoop/v necked teeshirt type material long legged thing I bought this year that is great for inside. It's by Coyuchi.

Just bought this dress for my husband's niece who is just a few years younger than me (43). She doesn't wear anything that shows her upper arms or knees right now as she is self-conscious about her weight, but she does have an hourglass figure.

And makeup... It's work but I always feel better when I wear it. Other than sunscreen, my most essential item is my mineral concealer, because I have some scars and dark spots. My favorite makeup item is my Essence matte bronzer in Light, which is $5 Canadian and I like it better than most high-end bronzers I've tried. 2nd favorite is my NYX matte blush in Taupe which I use for contour. I have very pale neutral-tone skin. I would love to shop at Sephora but can't afford it. My overall favorite drugstore brand is NYX. I don't use any brands that test on animals. My favorite mineral makeup brands are Alima Pure (in the US) and Pure Anada (Canadian). Oh and I have to mention my favorite mineral makeup item which is Pure Anada's mascara, which is very highly rated and positively reviewed.

My least favorite makeup item is lipstick - how annoying to have something you have to constantly re-apply. I was testing some long-wear lipsticks but then masks came along and rendered them unnecessary. These days I don't wear makeup at all. I miss it... sort of
Try Mac matte. Best lipstick I’ve tried it actually lasts. My favourite is velvet teddy 💓

Looks really comfy. I’m all for the comfort when it comes to clothes. I definitely have indoor comfy clothes and stuff I wear if I’m out. I love the really soft jumper fabric, something to really snuggle in. Cat hairs are a great addition. 🤣 I’m always covered in them too. Me in the morning, get dressed, go downstairs, pick up cat! Find cat hairs for the rest of the day!

That's lovely! I could see that with a white or red belt, it looks like it could take different colour accessories to get different looks.
