feeling bad again

It has been a long time since I felt this bad. I feel as if there is nothing left to live for.
Last time I felt this bad - it was caused by my cancer meds and pain meds. They made me suicidal.
Last time - I tried many times to end it, but I was able to fight it off each time.
Now I am so near the end anyway. Might help to speak to someone . I don't know.

I would like to talk about how to fight this .
I am fighting every day to stay alive from the cancer .
And I do not know what to do to keep myself from killing myself - from unknown cause.
I am lost - - i don't know how to fight this .
Last time - -I tried 22 times unsucessfully.
But this time I already have a plan that I know will work.
I am terribly afraid .

Do you have family or friends you can reach out to? Are you receiving any support these days? Are you in any kind of therapy?

It's a lot to be fighting for your life from cancer. You shouldn't have to do this alone.
