Give me a reason to live through today. Maybe something that can get me through this week when the feeling should, hopefully, become more bearable.

It can be anything. Something that makes you want to live, something good, something worth living for. Just not family related.

To help a less fortunate person or people such as the homeless, volunteering would boost your confidence too and boost your C.V Job applications.

Hope you don't harm yourself, best wishes.
That is a good reason. When I was in school we had to do volunteer work it felt good to do good. I will keep that in mind.

You are welcome.

I have volunteered for three different charities in the past and it definitely helped me tons. It is rewarding and gives you a sense of purpose that you feel you have lost. I hope you give it a try :) You probably won't regret it :)

You are a special person. there is only one of you. meet some new people, maybe find a new hobby or help our with volunteering as others have suggested. I wish you the best and please don't harm yourself.

Excerising...that cardio drench workout it give me the feel good sensation all over. Could be from doing housework to running outdoors.

Im listening to music. The kind of music which inspires me.. and in situations when I feel low... It really helps... so if u want to send some songs which give me hope to stand strong and happy.. just pm me :). I hope that you will be happy and satisfied... find something that brings you joy... everyday lots of us struggle.. and the reasons are various... but it only depends on us whether we really wish to suffer or we wish to live happier life ;)

I am sorry you are struggling so much. I could say a lot of things, but I will try to keep it short. First, you are loved and valued and cherished and amazing. This world would not be the same without you in it. Second, we can all offer ideas and advice for what worked for us, but ultimately, you will have to decide for yourself what works best for you. Someone else posted about helping others, which is always great. Maybe it's just doing what makes you come alive, like writing or painting or just getting out in nature. Maybe it's playing music or reading your favorite book or spending time with your favorite furry friend. Whatever it looks like for you, do it. Remember to take one day, one moment even, at a time. Love and prayers for you.
