Exactly! You’re one of the few people to understand that. Most people say “we manage it every year, why can’t you?” But they don’t appreciate we don’t have air conditioning etc. Thank you *hug

Those two or three days when it was 40 degrees were hellish.

I had a bowl of cold water and put my feet in it which seemed to help. But it was really bad.

I exercise in my garden shed (it's a big shed) and I had to give it a few days as it gets five to ten degrees warmer in there.

It was horrible, yes! I also used the bowl of water trick for my feet. I’m also using it now with warm water, but goes cold in minutes. Just hoping we don’t get such hot weather this next Summer.
