I'm sorry to hear that you are still struggling.
I SH too and I know how difficult it is to override the urges.
I don't hear voices telling me to harm but usually want to do it as a distraction from mental and emotional torture.
Please remember that these voices are not real, I can't imagine how hard it is having the additional pressure from voices too.
Im sorry that I don't have any great words of wisdom other than trying to push through using distraction (easier said than done, I know! ).
I sometimes think, the more that we deny ourselves the act of sh, the stronger the urges become. The concept for me in simple terms, is like not allowing ourselves that piece of chocolate cake that we really crave - by the time we give in we eat the whole cake!
SH can be similar, the more I refrain, the worse I would harm which puts us in a dangerous place.
You are not alone.
Please attend the hospital or reach out again to professionals if your thoughts turn into serious intent.
I know everything seems hopeless and you may question how helpful hospital is given the fact that you have only just recently been discharged but we care and want you to be OK
