Costa Coffee is a coffee chain in the UK. Probably elsewhere also.

Greggs is a chain of British bakeries. It is quite funny you worded it like a person, made me laugh.

I haven't been to Greggs in years but I would probably get a cheese and onion pasty or a pizza baguette.
