I'm in a really bizarre place. I'm too cold for the first time in probably over a year. I don't think about suicide - until I notice that I'm feeling better and then discover that I had not been thinking about the meaningless of life - which of course reminds me and then I start thinking about it. I also didn't make it to meditation this morning because I simply could not extract myself from bed despite the use of 3 different alarms each an hour apart. It's 2:30 PM where I live and I've done hardly anything. I will get up and do something for a few minutes and then I need another nap.

@JanisSPK - I would be decimated if I had to avoid almonds. I'm trying to move away from dairy after figuring out I am lactose intolerant and almond milk is a big part of that (although wtf to do about yogurt and cottage cheese is still a question mark). Then there is my obsession with marzipan + chocolate. So, if you have to avoid that, I'm really sorry.

I am also not a huge fan of eggs, but then again, my last 2 blood tests have shown that I'm overdoing it on the red and processed meats. One thing that helps for me is using soy sauce on boiled eggs instead of plain salt.

BTW the pic of the front of the bars comes up if I click on the text.
I LOVE marzipan. Since childhood and halvah too. I can’t eat the almonds in any form. Almonds and spinach are the two top foods that have high oxalate content in even small amounts. (Not good for kidney stone formers) Haven’t had either in 6 years since the stone attack and lithotripsy procedure done ….many eat so much almond product thinking it a healthy choice🙃 It was a daily part of my life. I don’t miss it any longer. You being able to drink almond milk is great. I just do flax seed milk and oatmilk now. They taste fine. I eat yogurts that are from coconut milk or oatmilk. They taste good too.
I occasionally do something chocolate and enjoy it when I do. Caramel is my favorite over chocolate though. So Werther’s gets some of my business regularly ☺️

I've been up for about 10 hours and I'm ready to wind down. It seems I'm getting to bed on time, but I'm still waking up at the old time, which is 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Prescriber has done what he can. I need to fix my diet and exercise for a matter of weeks before I seek medical intervention again. I suspect it's actually depression, as in that's what is making it hard for me to get out of bed. I have never slept this goddamned much in my entire life, and there was a brief time in my teens where I was falling asleep in random places, including while driving which is not a good place to wake up! Luckily no one was harmed and I'm on better meds now so I'm not just dropping off to sleep involuntarily. I wish I could wake up now, voluntarily, but hey they can't all be winners.

Sort of calm today. I'm being a bit avoidant but have looked at a few things. Haven't walked or had breakfast yet. Food can regulate me but sometimes sets my anxiety off. Just one mantra today - keep calm.
Perfect mantra 🕉️ I’m about to meditate in a minute before the sunrise. I’ll hold that for you as well☮️
