Perhaps this isn't the most appropriate place to put this. But, i do not want feedback. i sat and pondered, what is depression, how does it feel? This is how it feels, to me. (i do not really care to relate to others at the moment, that is all that ever happens, someone else feels the same- NO, not entirely...let me explain)-
Everyone feels sad, angry, happy, things like that. But we are all different people, living different lives, in different minds. We do NOT all feel EXACTLY the same. You can empathize and sympathize with someone else's pain or happiness...but you will NEVER FULLY understand it through their own eyes. We have different eyes, we see differently. And that is okay.
So, this is how it feels for me...especially lately.
It's like a tidal wave crashing into you. It knocks you down, and salt water fills up your lungs so that you can't breathe. It blinds your eyes so that you can't see clearly. You feel trapped beneath the waves, not knowing which way is up or down any more. All sense of direction lost in the sea. No one to hear your cries. And just when you fell like you find your feet on the sand and you start to stand back up again...the wave goes back out, knocking your feet from beneath you knocking you down again. And it is just a never ending tidal wave that tries so desperately to pull you out to sea, to be lost in a salt water tomb.
