Even though I was absent for a few months due to depression and health issues, it felt good communicating again since I hadn't done it in so long. Plus you're welcome, I enjoy putting smiles on peoples' faces (and looking at the good food).

How are you and the crisis team getting on?

I have just been discharged from the crisis team. If I'm being honest, I know it's too early to be discharged but I found them so awful I said what I needed to so they'd move me on to the next stage.
I've now been assigned a CPN who I will see twice a week. I met him on Wednesday. He told me that if I was depressed I wouldn't be able to get up in the morning and do anything... Not quite sure what to do with that or how it makes me feel.
