Is it okay to ask what happened?

Yes , sure. So , talking about my physical pain which I am assuming you're asking. I was ( I probably still am affected , it's just that I threw up last night so my stomach is empty at the moment. I am feeling alright. ) constantly feeling nausea , but I was unable to vomit. There was this pains then , on my abdomen , chest , thighs. On all different areas at time , constantly , i.e , my lower back , upper abdomen , lower abdomen. I was feeling more suffocated. Also like someone is choking me. Some diarrhea as well.

About this night , I just couldn't lay down. So much pain and I was feeling like I need to throw up. I couldn't do. I forced myself to throw up , still the feeling and aches continued. Eventually , somehow , after a very very long time I was able to sleep.
