I’m feeling so much better today than I have in the past several weeks. The only thing I’m doing differently is getting more water and juice in me since last evening.
Is there any connection between mood and hydration levels? I’m otherwise pretty physically healthy although my diet is about 95% junk and take out. Looking for personal experience or academic studies.
