I’m feeling so much better today than I have in the past several weeks. The only thing I’m doing differently is getting more water and juice in me since last evening.

Is there any connection between mood and hydration levels? I’m otherwise pretty physically healthy although my diet is about 95% junk and take out. Looking for personal experience or academic studies.

my liquid intake consists of 95% water. i drink more than the average person and have noticed when i have decreased my water intake, by the evening, i am extremely impatient, i feel sluggish, and i tend to irritate people more than usual. i have also noticed my outlook on things is very poor. Of course there are huge medical benefits to drinking plenty of water and problems when dehydrated. You brain needs it to function as well as all your other organs, and your blood is thinner.
