i don’t know if this sounds bad. Sometimes I wish that I was still that sick Person. I wish I was that person when I was feeling depressed or going through an eating disorder. Now, I find it hard to adjust to this new person. I think I felt safe when I was that person going through an eating disorder. I think I just miss the thoughts I had and how disciplined and disconnected I was. Now that I have fought through it, I am lost.i am not completely cured I still have those days, but it’s not as bad as I used to be. I don’t like this person I am today.

You are in the process of leaving one comfort zone and entering another comfort zone. I call it "in transit". But don't look back, for the past is history. You are on the path to something greater and more wonderful than you think right now. What ever you are doing to lose the old self, keep on doing it. You may be a little uncertain now but the best is yet to come. Love

@Dani24 Lekatt is so very right. Even the psychologists say that you are creating a new you. And while the old one may have been rather miserable it was familiar and thus somewhat comfortable. The new one is not familiar. It is new. And new takes some time to get used to. Keep at it. You will like the new you.
