I drink almond milk pretty much every day and love eating almonds!
1. You've got to pick one, live with an itch on a spot you can't reach that isn't so annoying that you need to scratch it but you can't stop thinking about it or live with the constant feeling of you need to pee but not enough that you need to go? Probably have to go with the itch, at least if you ignore it you won't have an accident if you really did have to pee and ignored it!
2. What is the first thing of the day that makes you smile? I guess breakfast, mornings are not my favorite time of day though. I do better after I get up and move around some.
3. You've just won the lottery, what's the first thing you would do with the money? Pay off the mortgage. Gosh, not many things that would feel that good and comforting just knowing my home is secure no matter if I work or not. I don't want to buy a bunch of stuff, just feel more secure and travel more.
4. Have ever met any of your idols? If so, who and did it change the way you thought about them? I have met a few people, like a musician during a meet and greet sorta thing. I met a guy who raced a motorcycle in the Dakar rally at a talk he gave, that was fun. It is always a reminder how human we all are. I would not say I ever got to sit down and talk for a while with a personal idol though.
5. Would you prefer to live with ridiculously huge hands, or ridiculously tiny feet? Tiny feet, I guess, probably easier to deal with in daily life.
6. Do you get your 5 fruits and vegetables per day? I kind of doubt it, I get some but the amount they recommend is always surprising. I just had blueberries and a banana with my oatmeal though!

). They weren’t very famous, but I was star struck anyway. They were also very nice and chill. We chatted about life and the Capitals (I got their attention by wearing a Capitals shirt to the concert since they’re from the DC area.) They asked me if I had any requests but said they couldn’t play the song I wanted because they forgot how to play the one part of it. But it was okay because they were already planning on playing my very favorite song.

I love nuts, almonds were major in my daily veggie world... not had any nuts in a couple of years.....
1) If I thought for days I wouldn't choose between them. But if I HAVE to.....I'll unhappily take the itch..I'd find a post or a tree or something to rub the spot against.
2) Whatever strikes me as funny or loving would be the first thing to create that smile
3). How much of a win? If it's mega then I'd donate a large percentage.....then I'd move to a perfect and warm year round location

Having a reasonably ok day today which makes a change. It feels a little strange like something is missing but I am going to go along with it. I have recently increased my medication dose which seems to be helping.

I think I will have to go with the itch, doesn't sound quite as bad as needing to pee all the time

Getting a text from by BFF from across the other side of the world when I wake up.

Getting people in to finish all the DIY that needs doing in the house.

Met Jeremy Clarkson once, I wouldn't say he was an idol of mine but I used to think he was funny. After meeting him I never watched Top Gear again. he was way too full of himself.

Tiny feet, easier to hide with big socks and less clumsy than big hands. My feet are quite small uk size 4.5

Not even close. I am terrible with eating fruit and veg.
