I'm still up! I'll come join you. With donuts from my favorite donut place in Oakland, CA. (Donut Savant. I used to go there after my ice skating lessons.) They mostly have little donut holes, so you can get a few and try different kinds. The cronuts (well, they can't officially call them that since it's a trademarked term-- they say "cron't" instead) are awesome, especially the ones with chocolate frosting. I miss that place.

Thanks for the invite @Woowoo and everyone else for all the treats....a bit early for a cocktail but will be sure to have one later...so thought would bring along some hot cinnamon rolls ...tried to make these once---basically destroyed the kitchen...still unsure of how yeast works so they came out about half the height they should have so will stick with someone elses....

I kinda thought this one was appropriate. Selfcare is a challenge for me atm with back issues, but I have so far eaten breakfast and brushed my teeth had devotions and am about to go take my pills. Hopefully today will be better than yesterday. My goal for today is to clean off the kitchen table and my chairside table. Check back tomorrow for exciting news of these goals!
