Tysm for tagging me @Lane and for opening the cafe for today! :) Great pix too, love them all.

1) What's one thing you can't live without?
Chocolate, the net, animals (sorry it's really hard to just pick 1 of those lol)

2) What's something that not many people know about you?

I have written hundreds of poems.

3) If you were a character in a circus, who would you be?

Myself? Lol I dunno but I do think I'm pretty weird and the circus is full of weirdos so I'd prob. fit right in with them. I'd want to be a clown cos there would be a double benefit to it imo - Hiding behind all the makeup, and scaring people which would be kinda fun in a twisted kind of way lol :p

4) Are you a cat person or a dog person? Do you have a pet?

Cat, definitely. I love that they are more "calm" than dogs personally, and that they are less "in your face". It is very obvious to me how extremely, unconditionally and purely loving animals they are, it is just shown on their own terms. Yes I have 1 cat, her name is Bella, she's all black and she's 2 years old :)

5) If you could have picked your own name what would it have been?

Vanessa, Vivian, Veronica, Valerie, Mariah, something really pretty sounding to make up for...well...not actually being very pretty lol.

6) What is your guilty pleasure (s)?

Anything I take pleasure in I feel no guilt about lol. But ok I guess chocolate because while I don't feel guilty about the pleasure it provides when actually being eaten, I do feel guilty about the rest of the consequences of eating it.

7) If you could get all your family members to donate to a charity what would it be?

Hard to pick just one cos there's so many unnecessary tragedies in this world that only need enough money (and organization of course) to no longer be a problem - SPCA, ending world hunger, suicide prevention and anything that supports mental health awareness and improving mental health.

8) What's a positive trait that your parents showed or taught you?

So many things, they definitely weren't perfect but over the years I have come to appreciate just how brave each of them is. Considering what they had to go through in their own families they very easily could have been MUCH worse parents, but they decided they didn't want to just pass on the nonsense bs they had to go through. Compared to them, my childhood probably seems like a dream and I wouldn't blame them at all for feeling that way.

I feel terrible for my dad for his mother (my grandma) especially, she is one of the most demanding, difficult, judgmental, ignorant, phony people I've ever known. As for my mom's mom, only met her maybe 1 or 2 times ever in my life, both many years ago now, but ya she definitely did not seem like a good person at all (quite the opposite, physical abuse and not very nice otherwise either, just a horrible, selfish, ignorant and mean you-know-what).

Anyway sorry didn't mean for this to be so long, I learned to be a grateful person from my parents, to have integrity (definitely from my mom, not so sure about my dad in some ways...) and also from my mom to be strong and the importance of not always just going along with what other people say is "the right thing". I'm so grateful that she's always resisted the "norm" cos she's been so right all these years, most of it is just kinda idiotic, pointless nonsense. I'm really glad she's my mom for sure :)

One which is too dark, too filthy, and highly questionable to mention here, and which might lead to the intervention of a high ended voodoo priest.

If its from online save the photo to your pics then use attachment files button and retrieve it...or just copy the hyperlink if there is one
Thanks RCee! I know how to do it from Youtube only and one at a time. I'm on a Mac laptop and I'd like to know how to find the kind of pictures and then share them like the ones here that Lane and JMG did in this post. :)

u know I'm not supposed to b here lane, well that is... I know, but if I tell you, then you'd know 2. I'm just so bleeping overwhelmed with brain this *h*t, and thinking is lately just so intolerable but you must know that I can't resist watermelon nor can I resist an invite from you @Lane so here I am... 👽. but before anything else, here's a flower I picked this morning on my way home from the park. I really love it. I hope everyone else does too
20210803_075945.jpg

now for the Kews.

1) What's one thing you can't live without? yikes! it's my brain, right?

2) What's something that not many people know about you? hmm, if I tell, the many will find out, right? I'll only give a little hint. I'm not very happy with... or more accurately, I detest, being compelled by society or god knows what, to conceal the real me behind a mask 👽. it makes me cry that I can't be real.

3) If you were a character in a circus, who would you be? hey!!! I already am a character in a circus. and guess whooo!

4) Are you a cat person or a dog person? Do you have a pet? I will always love my dog of many many years ago. he was and always will be the best friend I ever had. but my heart is open to 'em all.

6) What is your guilty pleasure (s)? you know, I just don't feel guilty about it. maybe I should. it's several things in the category of food. and certainly not necessarily so healthy.

7) If you could get all your family members to donate to a charity what would it be? not sure it exists yet but would be in connection with mental health and changing society away from abuse: childhood, sexual, bullying, elder, racial, nationality, domestic violence etc.

8) What's a positive trait that your parents showed or taught you? hey, they taught it but didn't really practice it... open mindedness!!!

hoping you enjoy the flower😊

1) What's one thing you can't live without?

Humor, music would be another fine choice.

2) What's something that not many people know about you?

I can be callous and have gallows humor for supposedly smart people who do idiot actions and things go wrong. You stop someone such as a child or a person who doesn't have their faculties and don't know better from juggling hammers because they are likely to hurt themselves. A rocket scientist from MIT wants to and acts like nobody can tell them what to do and my attitude is knock yourself out moron and laugh at the results.

3) If you were a character in a circus, who would you be?

The guy fired out of the cannon, looks like it would be a blast, literally. I could land on my head safely, nothing in it that can be damaged that is important. :)

4) Are you a cat person or a dog person? Do you have a pet?

Both are great and I get along well with both, but just now I only have a cat.

5) If you could have picked your own name what would it have been?

I can't really think of one.

6) What is your guilty pleasure (s)?

I never feel guilty about any of them. LOL

7) If you could get all your family members to donate to a charity what would it be?

I would let them decide based on what matters most to them.

8) What's a positive trait that your parents showed or taught you?

Responsibility, it goes well with Number 1, I have only myself to blame for so much and I admit I have pulled my share of dumbass stunts. You get yourself into a fix you admit you screwed up and get yourself out.

5) If you could have picked your own name what would it have been?
Kitty. 😂

6) What is your guilty pleasure (s)?
Being a perfectionists.

7) If you could get all your family members to donate to a charity what would it be?
As always, I’m doing one. Fund raising for my mental health treatment. That shits getting high.

8) What's a positive trait that your parents showed or taught you?
My parents don’t teach me anything. I know I’m a very driven and resilient person, easily to be motivated.
