Hello everyone, today for Jim's Cafe there isnt actually much I could find on my usual site for what day it is, so I am going to blend "Tattoo Day, World Watercolour Month and Emoji Day into the EMOJI DRAWING TABLE!! As for the rest, I'm just gonna make them up. Remember, if you dont want to answer everything, you dont have to, thats why we have many tables, simply seat yourself at the questions you find most to your liking.
But first, some atmosphere.
Im feeling in an especially good mood lately, so I worked EXTRA hard on finding some seriously interesting fun facts!
Fun Facts
1) Bananas cant reproduce! Modern bananas are actually a hybrid of 2 other plants and have no seeds so can only be reproduced from cuttings with the assistance of Farmers, a plant that cannot naturally exist ^^
2) Sniffer bees are able to seek out drugs, explosives, pesticides and radioactive metals according to the scientist to trained them to detect landmines.
3) The worlds smallest reptile was discovered only this year and is a frightfully small 22-29mm long and can perch comfortably on the a fingernail.
4) Your nostrils only work 1 at a time. Aside from in times of heavy exercise, pressure change or other phenomena, one nostril will be doing most of the work whilst the other stays mostly blocked. They swap every few hours and this is controlled by the same autonomic nervous system that regulates heart rate, digestion, and other unconscious bodily functions.
5) The human body literally glows ^^ We all emit extremely low levels of light in the visible spectrum. This glow grows stronger or dimmer through the day with the person's metabolism.
Bonus Fact, In these uncertain times of pandemic, everyone should get a brass doornob, because it turns out that brass ions naturally kills bacteria! (Yes I know Covid is a virus, but meh)
