Hey everyone! Saw there wasn't a cafe open for today yet so thought I'd post another one I know I said I wasn't gonna post one for awhile but I guess maybe I was just feeling especially tired on that day lol. Anyway hope everyone is well, this cafe is a bit different with how the "pick a pic" collage is, cos it is a pic I took of some "things" I own and I put numbers beside them so it is the same "rules" with picking "one" of the pics that is your fave (or none, no pressure to do that if you'd rather not, of course) and this time there are 8 "things" in the pic instead of the regular 6 lol. I guess most of these things would maybe be considered a bit "girly" or feminine, only thought of that fact "after" I already took the pic though so sorry to all who don't like that kind of thing very much. Anyway #3 and 4 are stickers, and with #3 I realize it's maybe hard to see what it is, it's a succulent lol. Anyway hopefully the pic shows everything clearly enough (also it was photobombed by my kitty, oops, guess she just wanted to say "haiii!" to everyone here in the cafe, lol)

I've talked about this on the other thread, but despite today was okay, I still feel depressed. Like there's a void I need to fill. It's weird.

Good morning and thank you for opening and tagging me @JMG. I luv all of your photos, especially your kitty and beanie baby. I was inspired to send you guys a picture of my collection, 😁. I always have the urge to buy more and have to stop myself, I think they're so cute. Nothing major planned today, just returning a book to the library and some chores. I had wanted to use them for bday cards and envelopes but ya they are way too huge for that lol

Perhaps you can put an envelope on the butterfly instead.

Lane - Tysm for replying and aw about can't pick one of the pics cos you love them all, I am really glad you like them all. Also - love your adorable beanie baby collection there, and how you have them all in a "basket" like that, great idea to put them like that, hmm if I had more room in my room I would definitely want to have mine all bundled together in a basket so "cutely" like that too, lol. Mine are just kinda in various parts of my room but I have at least 8-10 or more beanie babies (pink kitty, peach bunny, black and white cat, blue husky (2 sizes - regular and a matching "keychain" lol) then a few of those "beanie ballz" too, soo adorable), and also some Squishmallows as well, they're all just so cute and irresistible so it's hard to not buy a lot "more" of them for sure, lol :p Thank you so much for sharing that cute pic of them though, love them all a lot!

I sincerely hope you can find the source of that void at some point, and fill it. I definitely understand that feeling all too well, and i know how frustrating it is, how upsetting it feels wishing you knew what the root cause of that void was, that you could feel good on a good day. I thought i would never figure it out, but i finally did, and i'm sure you can too, at some point.

Awesome pic of that "window close to home" there dandelion s, omg! :o I have a "smaller" version of that green dragon one, technically not really "mine" though cos gonna give it to my sis as part of her bday present later this year. Wow that is really amazing how they have so many Squishmallows like that though.

Oh I just remembered I also have a small/keychain one of the pink walrus too, lol.

Good morning all,

I liked #3 the best, nostalgia, it reminded me of a sticker from my childhood (1960s). It had dry adhesive that I licked, and I could almost taste it again, and I remembered that even the paper had a distinctive smell.

#1 was close, though, again nostalgia, it reminds me of posters and album covers in the 1970s - good vibes

For me by far it is Number 2. Stuffed animals whether you call them teddies, stuffies, plushies all appeal to the hug, cuddle, cling and comfort both giving and receiving in humans and other primates. Plus it is just fun to keep a bit of the kid at heart ways in a person.
