When my kids were small we used to love dressing up and going out trick or treating. Our road is the only road in the village to have street lights so it's a bit of a Mecca for all the parents with their kids.
Now that I'm a grumpy old lady I sit indoors with the lights off so people think we're out and don't bother knocking
I have got Eddie a Halloween costume though...
And I'm a total wimp and don't do horror films. Even the spoof ones scare the hell out of me :eek:

We haven't had kids come here the past two years I've been living here, which is just as well because I'm not really a big fan of kids anyway, and I mostly just wanna eat candy in my room by myself. 2 years ago I went to a Halloween party with some friends. Was pretty fun I guess. Not on actual Halloween though. My biggest memory from that was talking a lot to a dude dressed as a condom. One of my favorite Halloween memories from childhood was the year I dressed up as R2-D2 with a costume made out of a laundry basket and that blue painter's tape stuff mostly. This year I'm gonna eat some Raisinets and gummy candies that I bought specifically for Halloween.
