1. do you like movies and what genre do you like to watch?
- Sci fi, fantasy, History,

2. Do you have a streaming service and which do you like the best?
- This year I haven't watched much of anything. Literally. I've watched the TV like 5 times this year.

Lots of death and stress this year. My mom passed, my cousin, friends, unemployment, lost my house, etc. Not gonna lie, today Is dark. I'm sorry for being negative

But my roomate has all the streaming stuff. Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, HBO max, etc.. I've barely watched any of it though.

3. What movies are you looking forward to seeing
In just re-watching LOTR and Hobbits, then Harry Potters... Good enough for me.

4 If you had to participate in a movie what role would you like? Something cool. Maybe a healer or someone in the background, who is a secondary character, who can kick ass..

Thank you, for tagging me @Lane and @GodIsWithMe I hope you, and everyone else is having a good holidays, or at least an okay one. *hug hugs

Thanks for the tag.
To answer your questions.
(1) Favorite genre would be Swordplay films. Much to my surprise, the science-fiction blockbuster Star Wars was both Spaceships and Swords at the same time. It was a brilliant combination! Interestingly, George Lucas borrowed from the Japanese because the style of Swordplay used elements of Japanese Kenjutsu. Even the movie's famous quote "May the Force Be With You" is based on Zen-Buddhism. So my two favorite Swordplay films would be Star Wars and Son Of The Black Sabbath starring Kataoka Takao. Not to be confused with Black Sabbath from Mario Bava, which was entirely different.

(2) No, I do not subscribe to any streaming service. All I watch is just Youtube because they show the Old films, even from the 1920s.

(3) No, not looking forward to any particular film.

(4) What role would I want to do? I know you meant an acting role. But I would prefer to be the Writer, because there are some ideas I would like to see on film, which have Not been done yet.

1. Do you like movies and what genre do you like to watch?

Oh yes. I love ‘80s and ‘90s comedy and horror flicks. The ‘Friday the 13th’ movies are some of my favs.

2. Do you have a streaming service and which do you like the best (I have to get one)?

I have Netflix and Hulu, and like the latter the best. Hulu tends to have better movies and shows that appeal to my nostalgic taste.

3. What movies are you looking forward to seeing

Not many, but the new Matrix movie looks interesting. I’ve seen the first 3, so naturally, I want to see the new one.

There are some movies that I can watch on repeat, so I’m always looking forward to watching them again, lol. They’re mostly the ones I’ve mentioned within this thread.

4. If you had to participate in a movie what role would you like?

Ooh, this was always a childhood dream. It might be fun to have a supporting role like Trinity in ‘The Matrix’ or Kim in ‘Edward Scissorhands.’ Or a starring role like Veronica in the movie ‘Heathers.’ I don’t like too much attention, so a supporting role might suit me best.

I know Christmas Day is over but it’s still Christmas, sort of. Truth be told I am relieved it’s over. I used to enjoy the magic and the preparation and the creating it special for everyone. I am finding it difficult to connect at the moment so it happened, I did, came out emotionally drained.

questions;

1. do you like movies and what genre do you like to watch?
Not often, Used to like sci-fi, romance maybe or real life drama.
2. Do you have a streaming service and which do you like the best (I have to get one)?
I have access to quite a few Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney. I tend to watch just one series at a time. Currently Greys Anatomy so plenty of episodes to binge watch.
3. What movies are you looking forward to seeing.
Nothing at the moment.
4 If you had to participate in a movie what role would you like?
Not that I can think of, sorry, not very imaginative.

Hope everyone is doing ok. *hugXx

1. do you like movies and what genre do you like to watch?

I do like movies and most all genres, although comedy, science fiction, horror and action are favorites. I am partial to older things and that includes movies, TV and music.

2. Do you have a streaming service and which do you like the best (I have to get one)?

None here.

3. What movies are you looking forward to seeing

Can't think of any.

4 If you had to participate in a movie what role would you like?

The off-kilter screwball like Christopher Lloyd in just about everything.

That or I would love to play Samuel L. Jackson's character of Mace Windu since he was one of the good guys but with a bit of a untamed but controlled streak to him, but make it r-rated. He would have had funny as hell dialogue.

Mace Windu: "Don't F with me MFer, or I will shove my purple lightsaber up your Fing Ass!" LOL

Sorry for being here a couple days after it was opened, was very busy on Xmas day and yesterday and after we got home yesterday I felt very tired. Anyway ty for opening a cafe @cymbele and @GodIsWithMe and @Lane for tagging me to come here! :)
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas, here's my answer to the q's :)

1. do you like movies and what genre do you like to watch?
Yup when they are well done, I tend to like comedies the most but also enjoy some fantasy and drama. Just don't like for the story to be too sad, or if sad things happen then where it has a happier or at least fairly hopeful/non-depressing ending. I like feel good movies I guess you could say lol.

2. Do you have a streaming service and which do you like the best (I have to get one)?
We have Netflix for now, we might only have it til March though we aren't sure right now. It's good.

3. What movies are you looking forward to seeing?
None I can really think of right now.

4 If you had to participate in a movie what role would you like?
To be a woman who was so beautiful that men were constantly hitting on me, buying me nice gifts and just being very nice and adoring to me, it would be very fun and perfect :)
