Hey everyone, saw there hasn't been a cafe in a couple days so thought I'd open it.

Today's theme is RAINBOWS. So, rainbows. I don't have anything else to say, though.

It's that I'm in a bad place with just bad news, stresses, suicidal thoughts, anxieties, loneliness and hoplessness. I'm still regret my decision to stay alive.

Thanks @JMG for opening and the invite to come i really do appreciate it. what a wonderful topic. Rainbows mean alot to me for different reasons, for me some of it is for pride of who i am and some of the time it is to reassure me that my daughter in heaven is shinning down on me letting me know everything is going to be ok. and then there are times a rainbow is just the magical feeling i felt as a child in awe of seeing them after the rain and when the sun shined just right.

I like this topic. It reminds me of my sister, She has always loved rainbows I just wish I could see her sometime soon.
Here's a rainbow crosswalk in one of my favorite cities. San Francisco! This is in the Castro district (famous for being the main neighborhood for the LGBTQ+ community in the city), where I used to go all the time for appointments or even just to hang out when I lived in the city.

I was looking for them last night here near sunset..The sun was shining in several places during intense thunderstorms so I thought I might get lucky....didn't....and you provided them today

Most unique and strange rainbow I've ever seen was at ground level across the road driving through a mountain pass on the highway south of Taos. It stayed in front of me for quite a distance. Called circumhorizontal...they appear flat.

When I was a child I lived on Guam for a few years. I saw rainbows all the time. We even drove under the end of one and I stuck my head out the window to see if it would fade away and it didn’t. Other time I would see them surround the moon at night, even double rainbows. I’ll never forget the experience. Our world is so amazing, rainbows are one of my favorite things about it. Thanks for this thread!
