March …… December…… whatevs.

So- Do you know any leap year birthday people?
-leap year marriages were spotlighted locally. Forever honrymooners? Idk?
- do you like birthday cake? Wedding cake? I am craving sweets.

have a fun memory to share?
Let’s do this!

My dad who passed away at 15 1/2 (61 years old) was a leap year baby.

Thanks for opening @MisterBGone ! I had just decided to open a cafe but you beat me to it. but I bet you haven't dusted!

I come on SF daily to read the How are you feeling and Cafe posts. It feels like I have to check up on friends. the Cafe is a wonderful place to visit.

I am just excited for my first trip to Italy in a week. I'm not focused on memories at the moment. I'm going with my daughter who is 34 and it will be a great trip.

@cymbele and @misterBG the cafe is a great place but I bet you haven't dusted!

I have double chocolate brownies
@1Lefty, @IDontWantToDie, @Baywasp, @AvidFan, @FlamingoWrangler, @CrossedSeas

...And I get really uncomfortable leaving anyone out of anything so my invitation is to everyone. 🩵

I'm busy with colours lately, but have been trying to come by SF as much as I can. Many hugs, to all.

My memory is a fun one sort of weird though, from a few years ago now. After de-boarding in a certain country lol I spent 2 weeks locked in a hotel room in due to quarantine for Covid. After being discharged by the military police, or whoever the f--- they were, the feeling of breathing and walkng outside on the street was so fun it was beyond words.

Leap year birthday people? Personally? No, but I know this one local celebrity who's birthday is February 29 and when I was a kid I just thought it was sooooooooo kewl. Haha.

Fun memory to share... hmmm, let's see. Probably a short trip I made with my friends in 2021 (I think), when I went to York, England. I just thought it was the loveliest and most peaceful place. It was also raining at the time (of course, it's England), I love it so much that every time someone asks me what my favorite place to visit is in England, I would always say York. Unfortunately I didn't 100% enjoy it back then because of this crap called depression but I really really would love to come back and appreciate it more.

@cymbele I hope you have good memories with your 15 1/2 yer old dad. 😃
I was thinking about how we needed a cafe too? Glad it’s going.. I feel the same- checking in with friends. Unfortunately when it blows up, I get lost/ overwhelmed.🥹 thankfully i am accepted on good & bad days.
FRICKEN ITALY?!? Sooooo cool. How long. I can’t wait! I want to hear all about it. Are you close with your daughter? I am going to need pictures. Do you have a countdown happening? Tell me More. 😃

I have a low power leaf blower, it dusts a lot in a little time. 😂
the color stuff is cool. I appreciate seeing how a masterpiece starts. 🖼️ 🎨
FFS- locked in a hotel had to suck! Wow.
When it first happened there were several cruise ships that weren’t allowed to come in to port. What a nightmare it was for travelers! 🤯🤯

I think the leap birthday’s are kewl too. I remember a conversation on the school bus about a neighbor kids birthday. Lots of silliness - but I learned.

glad you have a nice memory. It’s nice to have a bucket list. it gives us a sense of hope. 😃

Hey all. *grouphug2
I don't really have much to say on the topic of leap years - no major personal experience with anyone with a special association like a birthday or wedding. And i do have quite the sweet tooth, but cake isn't really my kind of thing, unless it's chocolate cake with some but not too much chocolate icing. Ooh, or cheesecake - love a good cheesecake.

Still, i appreciate the invite to the cafe @FlamingoWrangler. *hug It's always lovely to see and interact with all you good people. :)

To add a little spice of something interesting from me, have a trailer for the game i'm currently really getting into - Pacific Drive. It's very cool.
