Someone took him from a car in San Francisco and ‘resold him’ to someone in Oakland . He is finally back with his parents.

Not much else to say today...I start summer camp and around kids again...yeahhh....me......

Summer has arrived in my part of the world. Heat index yesterday afternoon was 105F! Yuk.

So I am crocheting snowflakes. Will post pics when I get them blocked and starched.

I am fighting wanting to give up on life these days. I swing back and forth between ok and seriously not ok.

I love that you are making these snowflakes. It gives a purpose! And when all is said and done and after you have used the snowflakes for xmas i want one sent to me! you are amazing!

I hadn't heard of this until now. I guess it's better that I found out that he was kidnapped and returned at the same time.

A 10-year-old Yorkie who was stolen during a car break-in in San Francisco Friday has been found, and reunited with his owners.

Thanks for the tag @RCee and for opening the Cafe today!
I saw the dog that won the Westminster dog show. I think the Pekingese is a cute and funny breed. I got to see some of the breed judging at the Westminster dog show in 2013 with my class from the vocational school where I was studying veterinary assisting. New York City was like 3 hours from my school, and it was a fun opportunity. Some of the highlights were meeting less common breeds I'd never seen before, particularly Swedish Vallhunds and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. Even though I didn't really get along with many of my classmates, I had a good time.

@extraterrestrialone I hope everything went well! I'm meeting my current therapist in person for the first time ever in a little over a week. I'm excited for it.

@Indecisive I don't currently donate to any charities, but when I'm making more money, I hope to be able to donate to an organization that aided me in the past. It's called Larkin Street Youth Services, and they provide housing, medical care, and other assistance to homeless and at-risk teens and young adults in San Francisco. I dream of being able to help support them someday.
