Noted I have been getting sick alot i don't ever get over something before I feel bad again and what with not leaving the house in over a year was thinking that might be an issue so decided to look at vitamins to boast my immune system was told vitamin c is good for that my questions is would a pack of multivitamin tablets be best or just target c

The best source of vitamins is a balanced diet. Our bodies absorb vitamins from foods more readily than from supplements. That being said, if one's diet is for some reason lacking in the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals than a mulktivitamin with minerals would be indicated.
If you keep getting sick a lot and vitamins don't fix that, then I'd encourage you to consult with a medical doctor and the sooner the better.

I would also recommend you to take magnesium glycinate (or another form of magnesium) supplement because it can help with sleeping.
Being fair sleeping is not an issue I am sleeping too much right mow ever since I started ant depressants

When taking them what should I expect change wise obviously it takes time but how soon til, you notice a change

I can only say what I take, & that I've been fortunate to also consume a very good diet. Meaning low in sugar, no junk food habit, little to no alcohol, high protein, high in fresh vegetables.
Take a small C, a D, & a small methylcobalimin (B-12) each day. The C & D take whenever, the other one separetely.

If you're talking about taking multivitamins then it depends on many factors (like if you're deficient in any vitamin) and varies from person to person. It could also have a placebo effect.

BTW, are your antidepressants making you gain weight?

My body doesn't absorb vitamins correctly, so I have to take a number of different individual vitamins to get the levels I need of each correct. What you need to take really depends on what your body is low on and what your body needs. I get blood tests done to verify my levels so we know I'm taking the right things. I personally feel like it's always good to check with a doctor.

There's only a very information dense answer for your question here. A multivitamin does not really contain the proper mg amounts of most of the vitamins and minerals contained in it. Regardless of brand. For example, taking only 50-100 mg of Vitamin C is not going to do much for your down immune system or any of the other things that Vitamin C is known to support. But a multivitamin will more than likely not hurt you in any way either. Blood levels are available for some deficiencies to know if you are lacking, say like Vitamin B12 or magnesium and calcium.
And after saying the above, it will be wonderful if one does a good job and works for you!

I always recommend checking your results with your doctor because nothing is simple about vitamins and how YOUR body absorbs them. The only thing I would recommend is vitamin D as it is needed by everyone, unless you get plenty plenty of sun. :)
