Looks or personality?

Personally, I prefer personality, although there still has to be that attraction there too. .

Gotta have the attraction. It's kinda somewhat dumb to be going out with someone if you're not attracted to them. If that is true, you're most likely goinng on looks than anything else.

Personally, it's personality every time over looks...... but then saying that, I wouldn't be with someone who wasn't attractive to me.. and usually it's personality that attracts people to each other. But looks play a part, yes.

Personality definitely outweighs looks, in my opinion. Looks fade. I find that if I connect with someone on a spiritual or intellectual level, I mean really connect, that person is jsut way more attractive to me overall. It also works the other way around. I had a male roomate years ago, everyone thought he was sooo hot, all the girls were after him, but to me he was repulsive. His personality was for shit, he really wasn't a good guy inside at all. No matter how hard I tried, I could never figure out the physical attraction so many others felt.

Personality? For me that says "Nice", "sparkly", "pleasant" etc - which for me is just kinda dull........I go for "character", both in the sense of being a good character inside (no matter how deeply hidden) but my real weakness for character is in the sense of being "a character" :tongue: Me late Missus was a cross between Geoffrey Boycott and Atilla the Hun. and she was Asian :tongue: with a few "issues" and mean and lethal with it. But loyal - that'a the biggie for me in a serious Relatiionship.

Looks?, well can't say I would go for a 200 kilo hunchback with 3 hairey tits (apologies to any Welsh members :biggrin - but apart from that I ain't too fussy. A strategy that has worked well enuf over years. Albeit a few highs and lows along the way.......The missus had ears like a Chimpanzee, legs like a chicken, the tits of a 10 year old, but the heart of a Tiger.......coupled with the commonsense of a Chipmunk :biggrin:

I tend to look at personality... A good personality makes someone very attractive to me.

Wouldn't make a difference though.
