this is a healing meditation given to me years ago by my teacher. You can play it also in a loop quietly or more by the bed or in the house during the night or louder in the day especially if needing a healing or a boost. Enjoy!

It would be nice to restart this thread, recontinue it, explore more ways to meditate so that those here can find something they vibe to etc.
Not sure how to go about it. So I'll post one here and then a couple of comments.

I don't look at youtube shows like these, though the pictures look pretty & intriguing @JanisSPK. Because when I'm watching something, I'm entertained and happy-ish, but my mind isn't able to meditate.

A few times a week I stand and quietly focus on my breathing. I forgive any negative thoughts, and thank the creator for guidance. A couple times a week I like to burn sage in the house for a few minutes and I put my mind on some private intentions at that time.

I don't look at the video, I always close my eyes to chant or listen to meditation music....I like burning sage and palo santo in and around the house too. Usually burn nag champa as well, it's still my favorite incense when I want some. I do lots of different meditations and the one above on YouTube I found recently because of my insomnia. I loved that it went for so long and had no adverts in it. I just let it play next to my bed as I try and go to sleep. It's too early to tell if it is working yet. Your practice sounds lovely!
