You should try and surround yourself with people that understand too . . .
if christmas was a big deal then i'm sure your mother would want you to continue for that to be the case irregardless of whether she is there or not . . . she deserved the christmas that she has given you so many times.
It would be so difficult but the first time for events such as christmas are gonna be the hardest, you can pull through

I too am sorry you are suffering so greatly YOur mom sounds like a fun person to have been around. She would not want you sad not on Christmas or anyday
I too hope you have grief councilling in place or therapist who you can make an appt with before Christmas comes just to get you in a strong state.
Have a plan okay have it ready and follow it. Go stay with other family members do not be alone. Have crisis number in hand just in case you need to call for support they have help me so much. Come here as well for support okay but don't be alone Your mom will always be there with you she will be in memories and in your heart. Open the present at midnight okay follow that tradition and let the tears fall grieving is important but then remember how happy you were and try to feel that happiness as well.
take care Mandy and please continue to reach out okay for the support yu will need.

Thanx for your help, right now I dont think I can do it.Ive tried, maybe too hard,I dont know anymore.Ive prided myself on telling the truth, being a good honest and decent daughter,Now both my mother and father, the two people who gave me life are gone,My mothers and fathers family seem too hate me and I do not know why,I DID NOT ASK TOO BE BORN.Now they are gone I am alone.I am tempted too make excuses for my half family but theres no excuse for there behaviour, especially towards me.Betty and Albert fell in love thats all, they had me and for some reason they have made me suffer ever since,Ive given up my adult life too be there for the family, that is the ones I grew up with,Ive looked after them all,and all they have done for me is SH*T on me from a great height!!!!!!! Im hurting and they am no where too be found, even though they live within a 5 mile radius. They have hurt there mother and my father and I have no regrets rubbing there nose in it,because at the end of the day THE TRUTH HURTS,them not me.......

Your right it is very hard to do these things on your own. Do you have a friend that can help you anyone in the community even I hope you booked some help from you therapist just to talk and get coping skills to deal with all this. we are here as well if you need us. See if you can get relative to at least pack up your moms belongings take care

Suppose I am too stubborn these days too ask for help, especially from my family, they have hurt me big time, and as for therapists and whatever I would rather employ a chocolate fire guard too help,I have had some rather nasty experiences with the mental health system where I live,no disrespect too some of the individuals I have met but as a whole the whole system stinks. So Guess, well I know Im on my own,and I might get down about it all yet I think Im better off that way, nevermind, suppose theres no fool like a old fool.....
