National Hamburger Day is something I can really get into!

My favourite would be a thick ground beef patty, cooked pink, in a toasted brioche roll with maple smoked bacon, sticky red onion marmalade, grilled cheese and pickles on the side. And a side of sweet potato fries

Hmmm.. I want a burger now!

Any days is great for a burger. I did know what the day was so close enough I had salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, and rice pilaf yesterday.

we made hamburgers today a day late lol. mine had a fat uneven hamburg patty, an egg, tomatoe, cheese, and mustard and ketchup on a bun

There's a great vegan restaurant here that does the cashew gravy. It's outstanding.

Thank you very much for the tag..I never had hamburgers tbh..I guess once in a local restaurant..it was beef burger with pork..In international restaurants like Macdonalds and burger king,kfc there are no hamburgers..as cows are considered as sacred according to Hindus Tradition in India..

I love pork, I may eat of that than any other type of single protein. I described a typical New Year's meal for the South that I fix regularly and someone looked up the parts used and wondered if there is any part of a pig I will not eat. I eat everything but the ear and feet. LOL
