It's simple today.....I'm grateful for having heat in my house and functioning electric and also my physical ability to get the house ready for the frigid cold these next several days....it's such an aberration here to have it this cold.

For the people who put up with my mental health shit and are still able to see something beautiful in me when all I feel is shame (rather than get scared, blame, or insult me). This is pretty much superhuman behaviour in my mind.

This is small, but yesterday I had a great conversation with a stranger. It lasted about 15 minutes but really made my day. It's nice to just have a pleasant conversation with someone about something trivial like a tv show. It makes me feel normal.

Truly grateful for my new phone. Lost or my old was stolen at the gym. Was a crappy day without it.now have to get used to this new one.

I am grateful I got all the pipes wrapped, the plants covered today. I am grateful I am getting used to the cold we have had so far and actually enjoying the walks with the dogs. I am grateful ahead of time for the electricity staying on for the next week.

I am grateful for having electricity back on after 24 hours without and for the iced pipes and toilets unclogging. I'm grateful we only have one more freeze situation tonight and then I'll be back in yoga pants and tee on Saturday and won't have to boil drinking water and keep the faucets in the house open. What a week......

I agree with that, other than overnight tonight and Friday night and Saturday morning the following days will be above freezing and sunny.
