I called Charter and the robot lady walked me through the steps. My mom called them earlier but got angry and hung up. All I did was let them send the signal and go through it, now it's working fine. Sometimes it pays to listen to the automated stuff. :P

Grateful for my big weird neck massager, that looks like a cross between a neck brace and a life preserver. It's got heat, vibrates and even has a button for white noise. It got rid of the splitting headache and neckache I woke up with.
