5. Not too terrible . Not the best. Still worried how much worse it will become in the future but trying to live in the present moment
i live mostly at 5 except for spikes, sometimes i get down to 4. 5 is not good but it's something we can live with and still be somewhat active. never give up trying to find ways to lower the pain. as always you are welcome to use my inbox anytime to talk or vent with someone that understands chronic pain. i hope you can find a way to lower the pain.

i was around 8 for around 5 hours before i could get it own, but that's ok because my pain level except for spikes has been ok enough lately. i even got down to a 4 for a couple of days for a little while.

Maybe there is some comfort in knowing this pain won't last forever. That's how I try to keep myself calm during times of severe pain

I was at 9 last night and this morning and painkillers wouldn't work and I threw up out of pain. Thought of going to the hospital. I eventually fell asleep at 10 am.

if your pain is a 9 you should go to the hospital or at least your doctor. living at 8 or above can sap the life out of you and can be dangerous. i hope the # is coming down.

My pain is different. I had nasal surgery years ago and much of my sinuses were removed. Things that warm and moisturize the air. I've been terrible lately. Nose and throat are so cracked and dry. Head is constantly cold and headaches all the time. Days like today literally every breath is a painful battle. Most reading this have likely never heard of turbinates but you have no idea how important they are.

I've been up in the 9s for several days. starting something like January 19. can't believe it's been this long already. apparently it's sciatica! and coming from some apparent deterioration of the spine. I ended up in the ER twice. runs from just left of center lower back, around to the side of my hip and down my left leg to where it is a combined soarness and numbness on my shin. it's fairly difficult to walk. and only today is it showing signs of healing. my inattentive pain management doctor is planning on giving me an epidural injection but I will pass on that if at all possible. definitely the worst pain I've ever had.
