i'm sorry to hear that. if you get a lot of headaches can your doctor give you something for it? mike

they tend to come in clusters... last week i was really tired and yesterday the headache was just background but has just got worse... ibrufrofen lifted it a bit for about 10 mins on top of everything else.. oh well, guess it takes away the leg pain for a bit

I was 8 for most of the day because I over did it. i'm down to around 6 now so it's tolerable. should be down to a 5 tomorrow I hope. mike

I usually make sure I choose shows at least two weeks apart so I don't overdo it. but my son is on vacation so he wants to go to a show with both of our cars Wendsday so it looks like another show sooon lol

I'll try to see my regular doctor tomorrow and explain why the pain's so bad and fingers crossed she'll give me some more. I should probably only need enough for another two weeks. I'm resting for the rest of the night.

I hope so especially if just a couple of week's worth to get you through... I hate only having a shower here, but if you have a bath, epsom salts really help with muscle pain

I'm glad you're feeling better. Headaches suck. I can see why you'd think I have one (so so chronic for me) but tonight is nerve pain. I load up on neurontin on weekends but seems to maybe not be working like it has been. Might need to try something else.
I hope you continue to feel ok. It's what, early morning there? Have a nice day today. Take care and relax. Do something good for yourself. Owls deserve it.

6, really bad headache... been a while since i've had a bad one, usually goes on for days, nothing's working on the pain med front

I used to get horrible cluster headaches, the pain was horrible. I found that if I caught them very early that an ice pack would help. It would not get rid of all the pain, but would help some. Have you tried that.

Thanks Barb I had a fairly decent sleep which helped a lot. Pain's still around a 7 so am going to see the doctor later today. I've still got about 10 days to have the old house clean and empty so I'm just taking a few days rest before I get stuck into it again.

I can see my pain coming down some within 6 months. my doctor is going to give me a card to help me. and gave permission for me to use something to help my pain. because of drug testing I need permission for anything except otc meds. yehaa I see a light at the end of the tunnel. just in time because, well you know. if this doesn't work, well I don't know mike
