8 - I’m hanging in there. My eyes just went watery out of the blue. I’m so sorry but I’ve been crying that my Noriday didn’t work and what they viewed me as this but I’m no drug-seeker! Nothing has been working.
i'm sorry that your pain is so bad right now, 8 is very high. i hope they can find a way to lower the pain soon, nobody should have to live in pain. and the first thing doctors think is someone is a drug seeker so that's common these days. i hope they believe you about your pain. my heart goes out to you...mike...*hug*console*shake

i'm a 4 tonight which is great for me so i'm happy. and my nightly pain spike only hit a 6 so that's great news. i think some of this is due to a better attitude...mike

I haven’t written here for a very long time. My recovery is still very slow. As it turns out, my state rolls back sometimes to the worse. Recently, at least not for large.

I want to say that it is relatively difficult for me to evaluate my level of pain on this scale in this thread. The fact is that I do not assess how much it hurts, but how much I need to limit my mobility so that it does not hurt. Therefore, I do not have full confidence if my numbers are in accordance with this scheme.

When I said that I have a level of pain of seven, I meant that with the maximum restriction of the activity that I could get, taking into account the fact that I''ve been taken care of, pain can not be avoided anyway. The problem is that there are some minimal actions, for example, toilet, or pouring water from Electric water boiler (I press the buttons with my chin) for drinking, which I still can not avoid.

Now that a little healing of the ligaments has passed, I have to evaluate how much mobility has appeared. The scale is too large for me, 7 and 6 is a big difference. I think lately my best result this year for elbows is around 6.2. Now there has been a slight pullback to around 6.5. But all these estimates are very approximate, by eye.

Achilles tendons also do not want to heal, but here it is difficult for me to evaluate to tenths. Dangling somewhere around six, maybe more than 6. It has become difficult for me to walk around the apartment to other rooms, but within the room I walk more or less. I have a bath and toilet next to the room, so I am lucky with that. But it’s far to go to the kitchen, so I have to ask that all the food is brought to my room, whether that has to be fed to me with a spoon, and the one that I can take myself.

Knees a little better, probably a little less than 6.

As you can see, again I type in Google translator.

Physical pain is about a 6. That wouldn't be so bad, but I seem to have mentally fallen over the edge. The combination isn't great.
