I think it's more than a petty complaint, I know this is something that really hurts you. I wish I had some advice, it's hard for me to deal with painful memories too. But just know that we are all here for you through this. s*

Block her. Hurts more in the immediate but you'll be much much happier later on. Seriously. You don't need to live through that, watching what she's doing. Eating... where she's going... who she's with. There's no closure in stalking, friend. Block it up for now & then you can maybe try friends again in 6 months. Its hard but it's worth it. I've done this both ways. Trust me.

P.S. not a petty complaint. This is tough. I'm sorry bud.

I'm pissed at how my mom is treated as her job. They make her do all the dishes, if she doesn't do them, no one else lifts a finger to help. She said they just sit there otherwise. The garbage gets to overflowing and other people walk past, not bothering to take it out, so she has to do that, too. She said the younger people sit on their phones all day and don't do their work. On top of that, other workers give her orders, they're not managers, stop pushing her around. They make her do more than she should, she's not a damn workhorse, give her more respect than that. She shouldn't have to pick up the slack of people who refuse to do their jobs.

I agree with walkerbait. You should block her. You'll still be in pain for a while, but it will subside. The other way, it will probably keep getting worse. If you need to talk, I'm here.

After work when I'm hobbling along feeling like 102, seeing people around my age jogging, for fun, just for the hell of it. Even if I wasn't exhausted from work there would have to be a roaring grizzly behind me to make me consider breaking into a jog.
