why do i feel so damn tired and beat up now that i'm finally back to my bed after more than 12hrs... it's not like i have been doing hard labor... my entire body feels tired and sore, my head hurts all of the sudden... when all day i was feeling okay.
I find tiredness often hits me when i sit down and stop being active after a busy day, it hits me like a sack of bricks. Almost passed out in several public places thanks to that. You may well have been more tired than you thought.

Sounds like there's a story behind this one, do you want to share it?
Oh boy.... that could take a while! Suffice to say I’ve been trying to sort out a situation for THREE MONTHS and every time I think I’ve done it they ask for more!!! If they just tell me everything that they needed in the first place I could’ve supplied it! But they keep moving the goalposts and adding stuff. My patience is pretty thin now, BUT I’m going to take a step back and deal with it tomorrow. Right now I need to breathe before I lose my temper and that would get me precisely nowhere.

Look at me all mature *hysterical that’s a first!

I caught my finger in a drawer handle yesterday and it twisted it back on itself. Today it is so swollen and hurts like fuck :(
So it turns out that I had actually dislocated it at the top knuckle. I've been walking around with a dislocated finger for nearly a month. No wonder it was still so painful. I showed it to my friend yesterday who is an A&E nurse and asked her what she thought the lump was on the knuckle. She had a close look and immediately pulled on my finger. Weird crunching feeling and the lump disappeared immediately. It's still hurting but loads less than before. She said it will hurt for a while as it will be so badly bruised but it should be fine in a week or so...

Maybe I should have followed your advice @Cynic Goat and got it checked out earlier *facepalm

So I guess sometimes the "pull my finger" trick can work miracles. :P

Well jeez, not surprising it was hurting then. Respect on just walking around with that.

I'm glad to hear it's finally on the mend, must be quite the relief now.
