My twitchy eye has been SO TWITCHY the past couple weeks. Like I can see it not just feel it.

and i'm all quiet making my coffee, not saying any word, not even looking at them or acknowledging their existence... people kept asking if i was okay 🙄

until i am not done with my coffee, i don't hear anything, i don't see anything.

i don't think that's the case, they really were concern if something was bothering me. Every morning i'm grumpy, i need coffee or food before i can function, plus it was friday morning so i get it why everyone was cheery and chatty talking about their weekend plans. They weren't pleasured i was grumpy. i just needed coffee, no misfortune, no problems, nothing personal, that's all.

and with an immediate and unnecessary follow up call, they damn know i will delay about an hour before i open their message.

I had that for many years now. And it gets worse when i am stressed. Probably i need more sleep too. My average is 4-5 hours a day
