Banks...I hate them. They are an evil necessity. Like politicians. I ordered some checks. They have not arrived. Tried to jump through their damn phone trees to get an answer as to when they would be here. That was like trying to swim in quicksand while wearing concrete galoshes and mittens. Will give it another day before I go to the branch. I have always gotten them before and the holidays probably screwed things up. Will never order them again in December.

dont starve yourself *console kitty has veggie chicken soup too and with fruits on the side plus a smoothie. all is yummy! and i hope you get medication for that if it gets worse too. *hug kitty likes to play doctor sometimes hehe

A lot of the mental health providers I've had don't take credit cards. It's basically the only thing I use checks for anymore.

I have a checking account for my debit card and had to use electronic check but haven't used a check in many years. are they still made of paper?

I'm so tired from early starts driving my son and my husband doesn't help because he now drives like a maniac so no-one wants to be driven by him (like he did every household chore so badly I do them all myself). So I went back to bed for a lie-in and my husband literally bursts through the door after an hour (to wake me up but pretending he needs a cup he left behind). From that cup from the cup of tea I make him every morning. Guess what, that is the last cup of tea I make. Petty? You bet.
