I think legalized drugs exist so people can work an 8 hour work day. Without them, people wouldn't be able to work as much, don't you think? At least I don't know people like that. But I used to know people who didn't use any drugs, including legalized drugs, and worked hard. They had health problems.

That happens with medicine pills today. Even the heavy psychiatric ones and anxiolytics.

Work makes you depressed, and to keep working you use drugs that are given in a counter or by a medic.

Please don’t. I had a heart attack at 38. Smoking since I was around your age contributed.

It does look cool and like people enjoy it. But the only reason they enjoy it because they’re addicted, and it makes you smell like hell so there’s a tradeoff that’s really not in your favor.

I mean, you’ve already decided not to, but you’ll be tempted to start over and over again and have to keep making that decision so…

Any long term smoker will tell you they only do it because they’re addicted and not to start because it’s really not worth it.

funny enough i have no idea how to play poker or any of those games. when i was in high school i went to Disney World to represent my state in an academic competition. they set up this mock casino for us to play in. i assumed all the other kids would be like me and have no idea how to play the games. Nope. I was the only person who had no idea what the hell was going on. everyone else seemed to be experienced. I was only there for about 15 mins. then i went back to my room because i didn't see the point in staying there.

I feel the same about generative AI and with the use of chatgpt also, when you could easily google something. Most of the people I know in real life don't see any issue with it and I'm just seen as a 'party pooper' for lack of better words when I complain about it.

I meant the website you mentioned. It has characteristics of gambling, as it involves random selection of positions.

You're not. Those people just wanna get away with it because guess what , ignorance is bliss for them. They don't want to hold accountability that how damaging and wrong is the use of AI
