Gosh, Dave.

We had many chats. Wow. Right now, I am reading a comment you wrote on your profile page back in April thanking me and a few other members here about helping you staying sane throughout this whole process. I can feel the energy of that comment right now, as if you are thinking of us and thanking the whole SF family at this very moment. I can't remember how many times we told you in chat to get some sleep!! You had sleeping problems. But you don't have that problem anymore now. Be at peace, friend, and I know you are having an SF party with some of the other members who have already made that transition into eternal life. :)

It's a pleasure to have crossed paths with you and we shall do so again in the future.

I didn't know him well at all, but he was kind to me in the few interactions that we did have. He wanted to read my writings and I was planning on reading his. I wish I would have gotten around to doing that and gotten to know him better.
Thankyou for your kind words. He did love reading people work. I’ve been writing a book. I wish I’d wrote more chapters so he could have read more of it and given me more feedback. I know exactly what you’re feeling there x

I don't even know what to say, I'm just in a state of shock. We were buds. We loved talking about technology. He always thought he was right, and I always thought I was right. I'm really sorry that you're gone man. But I'm still right.
Take care man, hope you're up there beating noobs in pubg
Wonderful memories there mike. Thankyou for sharing. Can always leave more messages whenever you feel like it. I’m sure he’s beating all the noobs up there

I was so sorry to hear about Dave. I don't believe I ever got to speak with him personally - well, no more than exchanging basic pleasantries - but, from reading all the messages here, it's evident he made an impact by assisting a lot of people, in their hour of need.
Although his life was short, he clearly thought it important to help others and succeeded in that. Therefore, his time was never wasted.
As someone has written above, an excellent way to honour his memory is to emulate his attitude to others.
My condolences to all his friends here.
