I am sad again and I wish I could fix this. I feel so ashamed by how people have treated me.
How people treated you hurts, but it's not something you need to be ashamed of! That is on THEM! Again, I know it hurts, but you can heal from it. Let THEM live with the guilt of what they have done. It's time for you to lean on your friends here who love you and get you healed. We are here to help.

You have nothing to be ashamed about. Those who have hurt you should be shamed as its not right for others to any individual. to cause unnecessary hurt. I recommend that stay away from these individuals and less interaction will negate any hurt to YOU. YOU are important and never forget that. Take care and be safe my friend.

I resigned from my unhappy job and there was one very young supervisor who was not doing well healthwise and had been more nice than the nasty people in there, so I went to see her in the hospital and they let me into intensive care to see her and yesterday morning I found out she died. I am sad even though I was a work friend.

Annette, you don't need to be ashamed of how others have treated you, they need to take a look at themselves, we can't control others and sometimes people can be cruel. I'm sorry to read that you lost a friend, sounds like a good person, may they rest in peace.
