Unfortunately---I quit smoking a year and a half ago--I have since gained weight-although I have exercised more and eliminated sweets, junk food, etc....my temper is worse---hell the BENEFITS of smoking outweigh the downsides!!!!
I don't know - I've never smoked, but these benefits sound pretty good to me
And don't forget that a lot of health problems caused by smoking are not quick and painless. Sure, you might die, but you also could be permanently debiliated with something like COPD or a paralyzing stroke.
What about vaping? I know the cigarette companies have done an excellent job of making people think it's almost as bad as smoking, but in fact the risks are much lower.
