I've been spiraling now. My depression is winning and it seems like I cannot escape. I've been considering hospitalization.

My life sucks, I don't see improvement, I'm constantly bombarded with triggering material that I can't escape

I almost was in 2015 and I have no clue about good hospital or not

If you've got time and the inclination to read up about hospitals in your area, it might be helpful.

Often times city hospitals are crowded and understaffed, at least that's what I've heard.
