Strange sleep schedule

For some reason my body has picked 6-7 pm til 3:30-4:00 am to sleep.

This frustrates me to no end. I have no evening and endless early morning.

I've tried staying up later but I am still up at the same time

Any other suggestions?

It could be up to your circadian rhythm. Taking some melatonin might help. Failing that, have a long bath before bed with bath salts to relax the muscles and you might sleep longer! :) Hope you can get this sorted :)

Try going to bed half an hour to hour later, then gradually extend the time to 2 hours, then 3 etc.
Hopefully this will reset your clock.
I had to do this the other way round as was awake all night and sleeping most of the day.
