Well it says it can cause the same symptoms as you get used to the glasses, so it might last for a while after that, but hopefully will stop soon.

False, glad to say I got to bed at a bit better of a time last night compared to the night before. Still feeling pretty run down in some ways, guess it’s this pesky cold that just doesn’t want to go away. It’s mostly better but still having to blow my nose more than usual.

I’m feeling a bit blah today.

I'm glad you got to bed earlier, I kind of slept the day away because I was depressed and that seemed easier than to face whatever I was dealing with.

Thanks, me too. It woulda been easy for me to sleep the day away too, still don’t have much energy but at least I have cake to look forward to eating tomorrow so that’s something. I’m sorry you were/are feeling depressed though, I hope you’ll be feeling better and more hopeful soon

True, but overall I don’t have much attachment to expectations about things turning out one way vs another. I’m mostly go with the flow, as long as I have a place to live, hopefully my own room, food, warmth, safety and at least a few people in my life then that’s all I really need. I worry about not having those things though for sure.

Luckily it wasn't too bad, I ate right after I had the test so I was ok. They found out that my thyroid levels are way out of range again, so they had to increase the medication dosage. It's just annoying that this happens so often. The coffee cake was pretty good, I like most pumpkin flavored things.

Yup, agreed for sure. Ya memory foam pillows are great. Mine might not be “memory” foam actually. I think it’s just a regular foam one. Either way, it’s shaped specially so that helps my neck when I sleep anyway lol :p

Thanks, ya I watched some funny SNL things I have (ok, DVD’s. Yes, we still watch them so I guess we’re dinosaurs or whatever, lol) and yesterday watched another funny/fun movie so I think that’s helped a bit at least. Coming here and playing my phone games helps a lot too

The shocking news I got is that my sis is pregnant, so ya, I definitely have mixed feelings about that. Trying to be happy for her though and not worry too much about some of the other parts about it. Glad you haven’t forgotten much lately, that’s good If I forget any more extremely important things then I’ll definitely need to just make myself some big “reminder” lists that I cannot miss, lol.

True, I have purposely not been looking on Temu, Amazon or any other cool store sites though cos really need to just keep as much $ saved as I can. I’m fairly content with what I have right now too. Wish I could get a bit newer of a phone, but the one I have still works well enough.

We have streaming too but just one, it has a very limited (and kinda lame imo) selection these days, and to keep the cost down we have it with bloody ads, so annoying.

She did tell us earlier in the year that they were trying to have a baby, so it isn’t really an unplanned thing or anything like that. She’s about a month along now, doesn’t know the gender yet. Just hoping they don’t spoil it anyway. Spoiled kids are often pretty ungrateful with not very good manners. Just don’t want there to be “yet another one” in the world, cos there’s already far too many as it is.

I think my mood is slightly better now, it’s a weird mix of relief and disappointment cos of Halloween plans with sis having to be cancelled for this Friday. We’ll hopefully be going there next week now instead.
