Yesterday I bought a bunch of KALE greens for the first time. So far, I've been eating cabbage and radish, but I heard that the most healthful of veggies is Kale, so I bought. The thing that finally persuaded me to buy it was because the container said Triple Washed. That persuaded me because it's always a tedious humbug to wash veggies. But this one is Triple Washed, so I bought it. Just for the record, the brand name is Earthbound Farm, in case any of you might want to get Kale.

I am one who loves most every green vegetable there is, kale is quite good.

I like buying bags of frozen chopped kale.

I like that salad mix with kale and poppyseed dressing cannot remember the name Walmart is always out of stock. I like kale in certain circumstances lol
