My eczema got bad again. Started putting vitamin e on face to combat. I’m damn near scratching the skin off my eye lids in early morning. Stress.

That a bummer. Do you use the oil from a gel pill or use a lotion with Vit e? Does it work quickly?

I use from gel capsules. Two capsules for my face, majority on my eyes. It comforts and stops the itch but when I wake up in the morning, I’ve taken it all off from my pillow. The itching starts up and it’s unbearable
