Maybe with handling them, I'd need to learn more about that and what their personalities are like. But I still am not sure what I want to do. I'd probably adopt all of the cats in the shelter if I had enough room. :P Might get a bit overwhelming though. Glad that the book is becoming more relatable and that it's getting better.

Exactly about having enough room though, that’s definitely important (along with “being able to afford to feed and look after so many cats” lol). There's another cute black cat too, there's about 5 there now so I'd say around half of the cats up for adoption are black. And there's no reason why they shouldn't, I mean this meme says it all :P

Aw about half the cats up for adoption being black cats, that really does break my heart and I wish I could give all the black kitties from all the shelters a big, fab, awesome black cat mansion home that I could live in with all of them, I’d love that so much Hopefully someday that will be possible, or even if “I” wasn’t able to do that, then just where someone else (who was a good/decent/loving/responsible and attentive cat lover of course!) could give every single one of them (and all other colors of kitties too) a loving home with everything they need.

The things I did today, and that I’m glad I got them done. The doc appt took care of something that I’d been procrastinating about for months, hopefully if I go to my sis’s in April for Easter (still very undecided about that) then I won’t get carsick again.

Anyway, aside from that, glad I got the few books donated to the local bookstore that I didn’t want anymore, and also got some groceries :p Wish there weren’t gonna be 2 showings tomorrow, but oh well, least they’re both fairly “early” in the day. :p

Was just talking to friend on the phone, we’re gonna be going out for a walk in an hour or so. That should hopefully help my mood a bit cos definitely had a very disappointing thing happen today that I’m trying hard to not feel devastated about.

It’s a sunny and nice day today though, and we might go to DQ after to get some Blizzards so just need to stay focused on those good/happy/positive and hopeful things instead

Thank you, ya basically the thing I applied for a couple months ago was denied, so unless I want to just lay down and accept such an utterly unjust decision, I’m now forced to file for reconsideration. Hopefully it will be accepted after I do that. I’m feeling a bit better now that I got ahold of some places for how to get that process started, it’s time limited too which adds more pressure with it too.

No, didn’t end up getting the Blizzards after all cos it actually wasn’t that warm yesterday, so we went to KFC and had some onion rings instead :p

Thank you, I definitely appreciate you saying that and it means a lot to me. It has been hard to not feel kinda “alone” (and definitely misunderstood a bit) with it, but reading that definitely helps me feel that a lot less, and also comforted and cared about which is always a nice feeling too I just think the people who decide whether to approve it have no idea at all, literally can’t even begin to imagine. I kinda wish it could literally be decided in a courtroom or something instead, because then at least they could just “see” how I am, my awkwardness and everything else, then they might be more inclined to see just how much I absolutely DO qualify for it ffs.

Anyway, trying to just stay as calm as I possibly can about it, need to give them a lot more VERY specific details this time, and hopefully that will be what will let me be mercifully approved. Trying not to resent the hell outta the fact that they’ve forced me to literally beg to be approved, that is not right at all imo. Whatever shred of dignity I had left feels like it has been ripped away now for sure, oh well. Thank you though, I am definitely praying with all my might that it will be approved the second time too.
