I have booked a day off work next week for a little shopping trip. Last one I scheduled I had to stay home as I was unwell so here is hoping I am able to go this time. (I hate going shopping at weekends because everywhere is so busy with people

Cooking dinner for my friend and children, if they're around on Friday night. Salmon, rice and beans with cheese and sofrito, spinach and asparagus w red pepper.

A reasonably tolerable if not happy ending kind of finish to this chapter of my life.

Going to pool today with my daughter and to see a play with my co-worker/friend tomorrow.

Tuesday the eleventh I get a procedure to reduce or eliminate my pain. My back will be sore for two weeks I guess and then I'm pain free! the few days i have had little pain is a godsend so this will be fantastic. After a year of pain and possible hip surgery this is welcomed.
