I think a major reason police take their lives is guilt over the innocent people they have harmed (but never admitted) There are lots in the system and none so worrying as an innocent tanding accused of a major crime. My own was from a scam website trap . Police only seek evidence of guilt and are uninterested in a balanced view. Hence innocent get convicted
