I’ll go first. Today, my mood has been black. Work was super stressful, and I was already struggling. Despite this, I am feeling better than I was earlier this week

I’m feeling okay mentally, but am physically exhausted from working seven days straight. I am looking forward to the next four days off, so that makes me feel good
